YESPER at Automechanika Mexico 2026: Exploring New Opportunities in Mexico’s Automotive Aftermarket

For YESPER, trade shows have never been just about putting products on display. They are a chance to meet the people who actually work with these products every day — distributors, importers, automotive professionals, workshop owners, and partners who understand their local markets better than any market report can.

This was exactly the spirit behind YESPER’s participation in INA PAACE Automechanika Mexico City 2026, one of the major automotive aftermarket trade shows in Mexico.

Held in Mexico City, the exhibition brought together companies and professionals from across the automotive aftermarket, creating a valuable opportunity to understand what is happening in one of Latin America’s most important automotive markets. For YESPER, it was also an opportunity to introduce a broader range of power solutions, from high-performance jump starters and heavy-duty starting batteries to lithium and sodium-ion battery technologies.

More importantly, it was a chance to listen.

Why Mexico Matters to the Automotive Aftermarket

Mexico has developed into an important hub for the global automotive industry. Its strong vehicle manufacturing base, extensive supply chain, and connection to both North and South American markets have created a mature ecosystem around automotive parts, maintenance, repair, and replacement products.

For companies working in the automotive aftermarket, that creates an interesting market with very different needs across passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, workshops, and professional service providers.

Battery and emergency starting solutions are a good example.

A vehicle may spend most of its life running without problems, but when a battery fails, the solution needs to work immediately. For a workshop, roadside assistance provider, or commercial fleet, reliability is not simply a product feature. It directly affects how quickly a vehicle can get back on the road.

That is why YESPER sees opportunities in Mexico beyond simply selling individual products. The larger opportunity is to provide reliable, practical power solutions that can fit different vehicle applications and professional environments.

Meeting the Market at Automechanika Mexico 2026

At Automechanika Mexico, YESPER brought together several product lines under one booth, giving visitors a closer look at how the company approaches vehicle power from different angles.

The lineup included powerful jump starters such as the MONSTER START P1, compact models such as the ARMOR MINI3, and a growing range of sodium-ion jump starters including the MONSTER START-P6-Na, MONSTER START-P7-Na, Almighty M5-Na, and SPEED1500-Na.

The battery side of the display highlighted another part of YESPER’s development. Alongside lithium starting batteries such as the LS24-210, the company also showcased sodium-ion starting batteries including the NS12-40-H7 and NS12-30-H5.

This combination was intentional.

The automotive market does not have a single battery requirement, and there is no reason for there to be only one battery technology. Different vehicles, climates, operating conditions, and customer expectations call for different solutions. YESPER’s approach is to continue developing products across multiple technologies while keeping the focus on practical applications.

That idea was reflected throughout the exhibition.

Visitors looking for a solution for passenger vehicles could explore compact jump starters such as the ARMOR MINI3. For heavier applications, the MONSTER START P1 offered a different level of capability, supporting both 12V and 24V vehicles with a peak current of up to 6000A.

And for customers interested in where battery technology is heading next, YESPER’s sodium-ion products naturally became a point of conversation.

For us, that is one of the most valuable parts of an exhibition. A product page can explain what a product does. A face-to-face conversation can tell you why the customer needs it in the first place.

At Automechanika Mexico 2026, those conversations gave YESPER a closer look at the expectations of the Mexican automotive aftermarket and the opportunities for future cooperation.
