Wrong item, lousy service

I sent pictures of the battery I was trying to get cables for. You sent the wrong cable even then. When I notified you I was asked to send the purchase order number of the original battery I bought. I sent that along with even more pictures. I never heard from your company again, even after sending several follow up emails. I will NEVER buy another product from your company.
